Job summary

Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. seeks an experienced Information Security Engineer to manage and evolve enterprise authentication platforms. You will implement MFA/passwordless/SSO solutions, integrate with AD/LDAP/OIDC ecosystems, and ensure robust access control across Windows and Linux servers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT or information security.
• Experience with IAM, MFA, passwordless, and SSO technologies.
• Experience managing at least one enterprise MFA/passwordless/SSO solution.
• Familiarity with AD, LDAP, RADIUS, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Experience in Windows and Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in authentication systems implementation, configuration, integration, and operation.
• Proficiency in log analysis, RCA, and incident response.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure continuity of enterprise MFA, passwordless, and SSO infrastructures.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain authentication products.
• Implement authentication integrations with enterprise systems and apps.
• Manage authentication policies and security controls.
• Ensure smooth operation of user registration, authentication, and access processes.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security of systems.
• Analyze issues, respond to incidents, and develop permanent solutions.
• Manage logging, monitoring, reporting, and SIEM integrations.
• Support business continuity, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Participate in evaluating and deploying new authentication technologies.

Job description

• Graduated from a university program in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security,
• Knowledge and experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless Authentication, and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies,
• Experience in managing at least one enterprise-grade MFA, Passwordless, or SSO solution,
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) technologies,
• Experience in system administration and troubleshooting within Windows and Linux server environments,
• Experience in the implementation, configuration, integration, and operation of authentication systems,
• Proficiency in log analysis, error detection, and root cause analysis (RCA),
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
