Job summary

INTERTECH is seeking an experienced IAM/SecOps professional to lead and maintain enterprise MFA, passwordless, and SSO infrastructures. You will install, configure, and integrate authentication products across enterprise systems, manage security policies, and ensure smooth user access workflows.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows and Linux servers, and collaboration across teams to implement new authentication technologies.

Qualifications

Graduated from a university program in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering field
At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security
Knowledge and experience with IAM, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, and SSO technologies
Experience in managing at least one enterprise-grade MFA, Passwordless, or SSO solution
Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) technologies
Experience in system administration and troubleshooting within Windows and Linux server environments
Experience in authentication systems implementation, configuration, integration, and operation
Proficiency in log analysis, error detection, and root cause analysis (RCA)
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Manage and ensure the continuity of enterprise MFA, passwordless, and SSO infrastructures
Carry out the installation, configuration, updates, and maintenance of authentication products
Implement necessary authentication integrations with enterprise systems and applications
Manage authentication policies and security controls
Ensure the smooth operation of user registration, authentication, and access processes
Monitor the performance, availability, and security status of the systems
Analyze technical issues, respond to incidents, and develop permanent solutions
Manage logging, monitoring, reporting, and SIEM integrations
Provide support for business continuity, high availability, and disaster recovery processes
Participate in the evaluation and deployment of new authentication technologies
