Job summary

INTERTECH is seeking a senior IAM/IGA consultant in Turkey to design and implement One Identity solutions, focusing on One Identity Manager. You will architect, install, configure and optimize lifecycle processes, synchronizations and authorization mechanisms while supporting complex integrations with AD, Entra ID and LDAP-based systems.

The role requires leadership in troubleshooting, performance tuning and translating business needs into technical designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years (ideally 7+) in IAM/IGA
• Experience with installation, configuration, design and management of One Identity products (focus on One Identity Manager)
• Advanced knowledge of One Identity Manager architecture, data models, synchronization projects, workflows, automation and scheduled tasks
• Experience with integrations: AD, Entra ID, LDAP/LDAPS, HR systems and enterprise apps
• Lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) of users, accounts, groups, roles and entitlements
• Development, customization, troubleshooting and performance optimization in One Identity environment
• Good command of English

Responsibilities

• Design the technical architecture of One Identity solutions and handle installation/configuration
• Manage lifecycle processes for users, accounts, roles and entitlements using One Identity Manager
• Design/develop/optimize synchronization projects, workflows, automations and authorization mechanisms
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable solutions
• Analyze complex production issues, identify root causes and implement permanent fixes
• Improve IAM/IGA processes, automate manual operations and boost operational efficiency
• Support access management, role modeling, access requests, approval workflows and access reviews
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and vendor support to provide guidance and consultancy
