Job summary

UNFPA is seeking an ICT Analyst to oversee ICT policies and deliver Technology for Development (T4D) programmatic support for the EECARO regional office and country offices in the region.

The role blends core ICT operations with programmatic support, ensuring secure, scalable digital solutions and knowledge sharing across regional teams. English and Turkish fluency are required, with an advanced IT degree and relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2 years of ICT experience in at least one activity of ICT, preferably in network infrastructure or cloud-based application administration.
• Experience with Technology for Development (T4D) programmatic support, preferably AI related.
• Knowledge of local network infrastructure and security; UN security knowledge desirable.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) catalog into regional programmes and provide contextualized digital solutions.
• Provide ICT operations, end-user support, training, and guidance to programme staff.
• Manage ICT budget, procurement, and asset management while ensuring security and continuity of systems.
