Job summary

GE Aerospace Türkiye Technology Center in Istanbul seeks a Manufacturing Programs Leader to drive readiness, execution and delivery across engineering, sourcing and customer-facing teams. You will guide the FLIGHT DECK operating system, shape schedules and balance capacity with supplier and internal constraints to meet milestones. Candidates bring strong leadership and program management in regulated industries, translating requirements into actionable plans and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Manufacturing or Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, program management, or product line leadership in regulated industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manufacturing plans aligned to hardware delivery dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to track execution and prevent delays.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions to meet schedules.
• Translate requirements into integrated manufacturing programs and capacity plans.
• Lead program operations reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
