Job summary

MANTU GROUP SA in Turkey is seeking a motivated L2 Support Engineer to join our Application Operations team. You will oversee deployment processes, automate workflows, and coordinate incident resolutions to ensure 24/7 performance and availability.

The role rewards technical problem-solving, strong communication, and teamwork. You will work in a hybrid setup with on-site presence at Libadiye or Halkalı offices twice a week. Experience with monitoring and incident/alarm management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in L2 support and application operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with incident, performance, and alarm management.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment activities and verify post-deployment results.
• Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions.
• Resolve or coordinate resolution of customer issues at L2 level.
• Monitor application performance to maintain 24/7 uptime.
• Serve as operational lead in projects and ensure smooth task execution.
• Generate reports on operational processes and error tracking.
• Define and manage alarms for applications and services.
• Analyze and track errors to ensure prompt problem resolution.
