Job summary

Amaris Consulting in Turkey is seeking a motivated L2 Support Engineer to join the Application Operations team. You will manage deployment processes, automate workflows, handle incident resolutions, and ensure 24/7 application performance and availability.

You will lead deployment activities, drive automation initiatives, monitor performance, and coordinate incident resolutions. This hybrid role requires presence in Libadiye or Halkalı offices twice a week.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Deployment Process Management: Lead and manage deployment activities and perform post-deployment verifications.
• Automation Initiatives: Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency.
• Incident Management: Resolve or coordinate resolution of customer issues at the L2 support level.
• Performance Management: Monitor application performance continuously and take necessary actions to maintain 24/7 uptime and optimal performance.
• Project Management: Act as an operational phase lead in company projects, ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks aligned with project management principles.
• Reporting: Generate reports related to operational processes and error tracking.
• System Monitoring, Problem & Alarm Management: Define and manage alarms for all applications and services, taking proactive steps to ensure system stability and intervening in critical issues 24/7.
• Service Error Tracking: Analyze and track application and service errors to ensure prompt problem resolution.
