Job summary

Azelis, a global innovation service provider in life sciences and industrial chemicals, seeks an Import/Export Specialist for its Supply Chain team at the Ümraniye headquarters in Istanbul. This hybrid role requires three days in the office and two days from home.

You will process orders, coordinate with principals and customers, manage ERP workflows, monitor backorders, and ensure compliance with QA and import regulations.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in supply chain and imports.
• Nice-to-have: good English and strong communication.
• Autonomous with strong organization and tech literacy.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and sales orders in Azelis ERP and manage master planning.
• Coordinate with planners, sales admins and customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor backorders and liaise with warehouses, forwarders and principals to resolve delays.
• Ensure compliance with QA, SHE and import procedures and sustainability goals.
