A global trade finance company seeks a professional to serve as a client liaison, balancing needs with internal policies. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in trade finance, demonstrated problem-solving skills, and fluency in English. This role offers a permanent contract with opportunities for growth within an international environment, and includes a combination of office work and client visits, alongside home office flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade finance, banking, or the factoring industry.
• Proven track record in client management and finance industry.
• Fluency in English; additional languages like German are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as a point-of-contact between clients and internal teams.
• Process and submit client funding requests.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Organize regular client visits.
