Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical/financial field.
• Experience in contract management within energy or wind industry or heavy construction (5+ years).
• Understanding of energy contract structures, claims, warranty issues, ETAs, and cost-based claims.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract Interpretation & Compliance: interpret, summarize, and advise service teams on contractual scope and remedies.
• Customer & Stakeholder Communication: review communications, draft notices, support settlement negotiations.
• Claims & Defect Handling: oversee defect claims and coordinate evaluations across departments.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: maintain databases, track obligations, support term execution.
• Commercial Support & Negotiation: contribute to negotiations and contract amendments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Service Sales, Service Operations, Procurement, Legal, Construction, Project Management.
• Continuous Improvement: share lessons learned to improve contract drafting and workflows.
• Managing a Customer Support Team.
