We are looking for a ***\"Tendering & Quotation Specialist**\"* who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in our ***Dudullu factory*** with below qualifications; **How you will make an impact:** * Preparing competitive techno-commercial offers for HV substations, HV/MV system solutions, engineering product packages and STATCOMs including costing and pricing in line with the market needs and Hitachi internal processes & guidelines.* Ensuring tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.* Managing the preparation of all technical, financial, and operational aspects of the quotation.* Ensuring the coordination with the sales organization to develop a cost-optimized solution in accordance with customer requirements.* Identifying potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and technically evaluating supplier offers to comply with specifications. Collaborating with Supply Chain Management to coordinate requests to subcontractors.* Identifying potential risks in quotations, and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels.* Active sales support within the sales process, especially with offer and risk reviews, strategic considerations of the scope of delivery and determination of appropriate contractual conditions.* Deliver system solution offers to Hitachi Energy customers in local and designated export markets, increase sales volume and profitability through cross-functional collaboration.* Collecting and archiving documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taken during the development process.
