Job summary

Mubea is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to join the Manisa HR team and help build an exceptional employee experience across our manufacturing operations.

You will cover recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, time management, work permits, and travel coordination in an international environment, ensuring Turkish labor law compliance.

Based in Manisa, you will partner with cross-functional teams and support culture-building, employee engagement, and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience across core HR functions.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken) in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of Turkish labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with work permit processes and travel organization is a plus.
• Based in Manisa or open to relocation.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, people-first mindset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training & development.
• Support compensation, benefits, time management and payroll-related processes.
• Handle work permit applications and processes for foreign employees.
• Organize and coordinate business travel (domestic & international).
• Act as a trusted HR policies adviser for employees and managers.

We're looking for a dynamic HR Specialist to join our Manisa Human Resources team and help us build an exceptional employee experience.

About the Role

You'll be a key player across the full spectrum of HR — from talent management and employee relations to training, compliance, work permits, and travel coordination. What You'll Do:
