AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a capacity of 350.000 tons per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive with the following qualifications to work in the Human Resources Department at our factory operating in Yalova.
Qualities we are looking for;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience, preferably including managerial experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Analytics.
- Strong experience in compensation management, compensation methodologies, salary structures, salary bands, employee benefits, and reward systems.
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience with job evaluation methodologies such as Korn Ferry, Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processes, Turkish Labor Law, Social Security (SGK) regulations, and relevant employment legislation.
- Experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount analysis.
- Experience in labor cost management, personnel budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Preferably experienced in SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP Payroll.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data analysis.
- Up to date with HR digital transformation trends and capable of implementing technology-driven process improvements.
- Strong analytical thinking, planning, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
Your main tasks are;
- Lead the Human Resources team by supporting employee development, managing team performance, and ensuring the effective execution of all HR processes under responsibility.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the company's compensation management system and existing compensation methodology; maintain its relevance in line with organizational needs and market conditions, and contribute to its continuous improvement.
- Ensure the effective implementation and ongoing maintenance of the job evaluation system in line with organizational changes.
- Conduct market compensation surveys, monitor industry trends, and contribute to the development of competitive compensation strategies.
- Analyze salary structures, salary bands, benefits, and compensation practices, and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure payroll processes are executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate statutory processes with the Social Security Institution (SGK), the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, İŞKUR, and other relevant governmental authorities.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational headcount management by conducting workforce and organizational analyses and developing efficiency-driven recommendations.
- Support budgeting processes by analyzing labor costs, personnel budgets, salary increase scenarios, and employee benefit costs.
- Develop and monitor Human Resources KPIs, prepare regular reports, and provide analytical insights to support management decision-making.
- Ensure the effective management and reporting of compensation, payroll, and organizational data through SAP SuccessFactors.
- Take an active role in HR digital transformation initiatives by leading process improvement and system development projects.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency of Human Resources processes.
