We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team with strong follow-up and organizational skills and a collaborative mindset who will support the effective management of our domestic and international sales operations from order processing through shipment.

Qualities We Are Looking For;

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
• Experience in domestic and international sales operations,
• Knowledge of order management, delivery scheduling, and shipment processes,
• Preferably experienced in export and foreign trade operations,
• Good command of English,
• Preferably experienced with ERP/CRM systems,
• Strong planning, follow-up, and organizational skills,
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset.

Your Main Tasks Are;

• Follow up on domestic and international sales orders from system entry through shipment,
• Manage order, delivery schedule, inventory, and shipment processes,
• Follow up on customer requests and coordinate with relevant departments,
• Manage required documentation and operational processes for international sales,
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams,
• Monitor shipment and delivery processes,
• Prepare operational reports and ensure system records are accurate and up to date,
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any operational issues that may arise throughout the process.
