Wayzim Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead full-cycle recruitment and manage the complete employee lifecycle in Turkey. The role requires deep knowledge of Turkish labor regulations, payroll compliance, and strong cross-cultural communication.
You will also oversee office operations, vendor management, and government liaison, while coordinating with multiple departments on ad-hoc projects. Fluency in Turkish and English is essential, with Chinese skills a plus.
1. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce
planning, talent mapping, channel development, interviewing, background checks,
compensation negotiation, and offer management. Build and maintain a robust
local talent pipeline. Represent the company at offline job fairs and industry
summits to enhance the company's visibility and attractiveness in the local
talent market.
2. Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including offer
issuance, employment contract execution, onboarding, probation and performance
management, personnel file administration, and employee relations. Oversee
attendance tracking, leave management, and overtime verification. Support the
Group in local payroll processing to ensure 100% compliance with Turkish Labor
Law.
3. Organize team-building activities and address employee inquiries
and conflicts. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative cross-cultural
work environment.
4. Manage office and spare parts warehouse operations,
including local procurement and vendor management. Serve as the primary liaison
for government affairs, handle visa applications, and oversee internal
workflows and administrative risk control.
5. Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by line management
and other departments in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources,
Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of
full-time HR experience, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end
2. Strong understanding of Turkish Labor Law, social security
systems, visa regulations, and local business practices. Local HR
certifications are a plus.
3. Excellent recruiting skills, cross-cultural communication,
government liaison capabilities, and problem-solving abilities. High level of
ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
4. Fluency in Turkish and English as working languages.
Proficiency in Chinese and familiarity with the working culture of
Chinese-funded enterprises are distinct advantages.
