Job summary

You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, maintain records, manage documentation, and coordinate payroll and benefits with external partners to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
• Solid knowledge of labor law and compliance
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and reporting interest
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure confidentiality
• Manage employment documentation across digital and physical archives
• Coordinate statutory obligations and labor law processes with payroll and legal partners
• Support monthly payroll cycles with inputs and changes
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, benefits, and documentation
• Manage benefits operations including private health insurance and vendor coordination
• Coordinate employee surveys and HR communications
• Prepare HR dashboards and workforce analytics
