Job summary

Anadolu Efes HR team seeks an Analytics and Process Development Specialist to turn employee data into meaningful insights that guide HR decisions.

You will build reports and dashboards in Power BI, streamline budgeting and reporting in Excel, and automate repetitive tasks using Python and SQL.

Collaborating with HR, IT, and data teams, you will contribute to data governance, create new metrics, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant engineering, statistics, or related programs.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Knowledgeable in Power Query, data modeling, and DAX.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
• Working knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in data analysis, data validation, and data quality processes.
• Ability to identify automation and process improvements by analyzing manual processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Preferably knowledge of HR applications (SuccessFactors, SAP HR).

Responsibilities

• Understand HR reporting needs and develop analytical solutions.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs on Power BI.
• Analyze budgeting, reporting, and operational processes in Excel; propose solutions.
• Improve processes using Excel formulas, Power Query, VBA, or automation tools.
• Automate data collection, consolidation, control, and report distribution.
• Use SQL to query HR data from multiple systems and prepare it for reporting.
• Develop data cleansing, transformation, and basic automation using Python.
• Combine, verify, and analyze data from different systems.
• Identify data quality issues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Prepare process documentation and coordinate with HR, IT, and data teams.
• Develop new metrics, indicators, and analytical models for HR decisions.
• Support data governance initiatives and present insights to stakeholders.
