Job summary

Almosafer Travel & Tourism Co. seeks a Sourcing Specialist - Direct Accommodation to lead hotel contracting in Turkey and expand Almosafer's regional supply network. You will own a hotel market, manage relationships, and drive day-to-day operations to support growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in hotel contracting, with strong negotiation skills and English fluency (Arabic a plus). Travel readiness is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel contracting, sourcing, or accommodation management within the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of the tourism and hospitality market, particularly within the region.
• Proven experience in supplier acquisition, commercial negotiations, and relationship management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and hotel extranets.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with hotel partners while serving as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate hotel contracts, commercial terms, rates, and marketing agreements to maximize business value.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and activate new accommodation partners to expand Almosafer's hotel portfolio.
• Monitor partner performance, pricing, and availability, and implement improvement initiatives based on data and market insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, sourcing trends, and potential partners.
• Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies and annual sourcing plans in collaboration with management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful supplier onboarding, operational excellence, and project delivery.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, Salesforce updates, performance reports, and sourcing documentation.
• Prepare and analyze business performance reports, KPIs, and sourcing metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Represent Almosafer in regular meetings with key hotel partners to drive long-term commercial relationships and business growth.
