Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consulting, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, marketing materials, customer engagement activities, and field initiatives.
• Monitor brand performance, sales trends, forecasts, and budget utilization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of business plans.
• Build productive relationships with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Support launch readiness and lifecycle management activities for assigned products.
• Conduct field visits to gather customer insights and support execution excellence.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, healthcare compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
