As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, coordinate appointments, respond to inquiries in English and via phone/email, and support front-desk processes in a hospital/clinic setting. The role emphasizes warmth, professionalism, and organized operation in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception/front-desk within healthcare
• Familiarity with HIS or appointment systems
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken)
• Warm, professional communication with guests
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests, providing guidance and information within the clinic
• Manage appointment flow and waiting time in an organized and comfortable manner
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
• Handle patient registration and front-desk processes in full
• Support patient flow by coordinating with the clinical team
• Communicate with international guests in English
• Direct complaints and requests to the relevant department and follow up on resolution
• Maintain the clinic's presentation standards and overall guest experience
