As the first point of contact, this role directly shapes the quality of the clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and guests, providing guidance and information within the clinic
• Manage appointment flow and waiting time in an organized and comfortable manner
• Respond to inquiries received via phone, email, and digital channels
• Handle patient registration and front-desk processes in full
• Support patient flow by coordinating with the clinical team (nurses, physicians, consultants)
• Communicate with international guests in English
• Direct complaints and requests to the relevant department and follow up on resolution
• Maintain the clinic's presentation standards and overall guest experience

Required Qualifications

Education

• High school, associate, or bachelor's degree (Tourism, Public Relations, Health Management, or related fields preferred)

Experience

• Experience in a reception/front-desk role within a hospital, clinic, or healthcare organization

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS) or appointment management systems
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken communication)
• Strong command of healthcare operations and patient psychology
• Ability to communicate warmly and professionally with a discerning guest profile
• Ability to remain composed and organized in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a premium/private hospital or longevity clinic
