Job summary

ADASTEC Corp. is pioneering the flowride.ai SAE Level-4 ADS software platform for commercial vehicles. We are seeking a Safety & Quality expert to own the safety lifecycle, coordinate assessments, and liaise with OEMs and regulators across Türkiye and international sites.

The role requires extensive experience in automotive safety, strong leadership, and excellent English communication skills to drive compliance and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with emphasis on safety.
• ISO 26262/ISO 21448/SOTIF experience preferred.
• Proven track record in safety-critical automotive domains.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain safety and quality management systems (ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ISO 22737, UL 4600).
• Plan safety/quality activities per project and release; track and escalate readiness.
• Interface with external assessors, certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Manage safety requirements with OEMs and integration partners; ensure traceability and evidence.
