Job summary

Earsis Technologies Ltd. Şti. in Turkey seeks a Hardware Development Engineer to lead the full hardware development cycle from requirements to bring-up and qualification.

You will design analog, digital, mixed-signal and power electronics, emphasize EMI/EMC, reliability, and environmental ruggedness, and collaborate with software and mechanical teams.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of electronic circuit and PCB design.
• Comfortable with laboratory equipment and hands-on debugging.
• Ability to read datasheets, application notes and standards.
• Approaches complex problems patiently and systematically.
• Pays attention to detail while maintaining a system-level perspective.
• Takes ownership of their work and seeks continuous improvement.
• Experience with MIL-STD, EMI/EMC, rugged electronics, aerospace, defense, automotive or industrial systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design analog, digital, mixed-signal and power electronics.
• Develop hardware with EMI/EMC, environmental conditions and reliability in mind.
• Contribute to system-level architecture, interface design and technical decisions.
• Perform board-level and system-level testing, verification and troubleshooting.
• Investigate hardware failures and identify root causes.
• Work closely with embedded software, mechanical and system engineering teams.
• Support compliance activities related to military and environmental standards.
