Job summary

Calico Teknoloji is seeking a Mechanical Designer with expertise in developing and integrating electronic and mechanical systems. You will design components, 3D CAD models, and wiring layouts, and ensure packaging meets military and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of mechanical components and wiring details for systems.
• Efficient application of fundamental mechanical design and manufacturing techniques.
• Proficient knowledge in selecting appropriate materials based on system component requirements.
• Design of mechanical interfaces for electrical and electronic units, ensuring their packaging meets standards.

• Utilization of wiring modules within 3D CAD software.
• Adherence to wiring standards and protocols like IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC J-STD-001 standards.
• Construction and management of product trees in 3D CAD software.
• Preparation of detailed technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Production management and coordination with production teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Aerospace
