For three generations, 7 Mehmet has carried forward a distinctive culinary and hospitality heritage shaped by quality, consistency, attention to detail, and genuine guest care.

As we expand this legacy to Istanbul, we are strengthening our front-of-house team for our new operation at Tersane Istanbul and are looking for a professional Guest Relations Officer who will play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and seamless first impression for every guest.

About the Role

The Guest Relations & Reception Officer will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and will be responsible for supporting the overall arrival and reception experience of the restaurant.

Working closely with restaurant management, the reservations team, and front-of-house operations, this role will contribute to the smooth coordination of reservations, guest arrivals, seating, communication, and special requests while representing the hospitality standards of 7 Mehmet at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals who:

• Have experience in guest relations, restaurant reception, reservations, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
• Preferably have worked in premium, fine dining, gastronomy-focused, luxury hospitality, or high-standard restaurant environments
• Have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a polished, professional, and welcoming presence
• Are highly organized and attentive to detail
• Can manage multiple guest requests and priorities effectively during busy service periods
• Are confident in handling telephone communication and reservation processes
• Have a strong sense of discretion and professionalism when dealing with guest information
• Can remain calm, composed, and solution-oriented in demanding situations
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and coordination skills
• Have a genuine interest in hospitality and delivering high-quality guest experiences
• Are able to represent the values and service standards of 7 Mehmet consistently
