Job summary

Sheraton Istanbul Levent is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to deliver premium service to guests, handling switchboard calls and guest requests in line with Marriott/Sheraton standards. You will manage wake-up calls, room service orders, and reports in Opera, while following emergency procedures and ensuring guest feedback is captured and addressed.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management, or related study.
• Experience in Front Office discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to focus on details and handle multiple tasks.
• Result driven, proactive and reliable personality.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the switchboard and handle all calls per Marriott and Sheraton standards.
• Address guest requests/defects via phone or Guest Services Office with proper escalation.
• Keep the office and equipment clean and organized; prepare wake up lists and live wake up calls; prepare reports in Opera.
• Take room service orders in line with brand standards.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist in evacuations as needed.
• Support Guest Response Process and follow up to collect guest feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
