Momentum Nexus is a growth studio helping early-stage startups grow with AI-powered systems and hands-on partnerships. The role owns growth strategy and execution for MNB and its client portfolio, building, running, and iterating on real growth systems while managing client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will lead growth across acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion, leveraging Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other LLM tools daily to drive results for clients globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth, marketing, or a related role in a startup, agency, or venture-backed environment.
• Demonstrable experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or startup scaling.
• AI-native: you actively use ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs as core work tools, daily.
• Strong analytical skills: you can pull insight from data and act on it.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth strategies for MNB clients across acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion.
• Manage client projects end-to-end: scoping, delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Run and maintain AI-assisted workflows using Claude Code, ChatGPT, and other LLM tooling as part of daily operations.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and translate them into executable experiments.
• Manage and progress sales pipelines; nurture and expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client-side counterparts to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Report on performance metrics and adjust strategy based on results.

Momentum Nexus (MNB) is a growth studio and venture accelerator that turns early‑stage startups into market‑ready businesses. We work hands‑on with founders through strategic partnerships, data‑driven execution, and AI‑powered growth systems. Our internal operations run on AI orchestration with Claude Code, custom LLM pipelines, and automation, and our team is expected to operate the same way. Our client portfolio spans the US, Europe, and Turkey.

Role Overview

You will own growth strategy and execution for both MNB and its client portfolio. This is not a purely analytical or advisory role. You will build, run, and iterate on real growth systems while managing client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or a related role, preferably within a startup, agency, or venture‑backed environment
• Demonstrable experience in growth hacking, performance marketing, or startup scaling
• AI‑native: you actively use ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs as core work tools, not occasionally, but daily
• Comfortable operating Claude Code and AI orchestration tools; ability to learn and adapt new AI workflows quickly
• Strong analytical skills: you can pull insight from data and act on it without being prompted
• Proven client‑facing experience: managing expectations, communicating progress, and building trust
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in startups, venture ecosystems, or agency environments is a strong plus
