Job summary

BSH Ev Aletleri Türkiye is seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead integrated marketing communications. You will develop plans, create content, run social media campaigns, and manage PR activities to enhance brand visibility.

You will coordinate with agencies, produce marketing materials, track KPIs, and drive initiatives across product marketing and business development. Strong English skills and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, product management or content development.
• Experience in creative briefing, content creation, social media, agency management, service product marketing and business development.
• Strong creativity, presentation, communication and project management skills, with an analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing communication plans, creative content, social media campaigns, corporate communication and PR activities.
• Manage creative briefs, agency collaborations, video productions, photography, marketing materials and presentations.
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs, analyze performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support service product marketing, pricing, competitor analysis, profitability and business development initiatives.
• Manage marketing projects, events, stakeholders, budgets and timelines from planning to execution.
