Qualifications

• 2+ years of growth, digital marketing, UA, or a related role—ideally in gaming or mobile apps.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing and optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize growth strategies across channels (UA, retention, funnel optimization, LTV).
• Manage and scale paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Applovin, TikTok, Unity Ads, Mintegral, etc.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure performance and brand alignment.
• Run continuous experiments to uncover new acquisition and engagement drivers.
• Analyze cohort data, user behavior, and monetization metrics to refine growth loops.
• Build forecasting models and guide budget allocations with clarity and conviction.
• Stay ahead of market trends and emerging channels.
