Vertigo Games in Istanbul (Levent) is seeking a Growth Manager for an on-site, five-day-a-week role. You will plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, and more.

You will monitor KPIs like ROAS, CPI, and LTV, build forecasting models, and collaborate with product, analytics, and live ops to align growth with game updates and content calendars. Private health insurance and meal allowances are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on growth marketing, mobile gaming preferred.
• Proven track record managing large UA budgets and hitting targets.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and campaign optimization skills.
• Experience testing and scaling high-performing ad creatives.
• Deep knowledge of ROAS, LTV, CPI, and retention metrics.
• Ability to build forecasting / cohort analyses and interpret results.
• Collaborative mindset across product, analytics, and creative teams.

• Stay ahead of UA trends, platform changes, and new growth channels.
