Job summary

Mavis Games in Koşuyolu, Istanbul, seeks a Growth Manager to drive scale across UA, retention, and monetization. You’ll design and execute multi-channel campaigns, align with creative and product teams, and run experiments to unlock new acquisition and engagement levers.

With 2+ years in growth or mobile marketing, you’ll analyze cohorts, optimize KPIs like CPI, ROAS, LTV, and build forecasting models to guide budget decisions.

• 2+ years of growth, digital marketing, UA, or a related role—ideally in gaming or mobile apps.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing and optimizing multi-channel paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Design, execute, and optimize growth strategies across channels (UA, retention, funnel optimizations, LTV).
• Manage and scale paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, Applovin, TikTok, Unity Ads, Mintegral, etc..
• Work hand-in-hand with our creative and product teams to ensure performance and brand work in harmony.
• Run continuous experiments to uncover new acquisition and engagement drivers.
• Analyze cohort data, user behavior, and monetization metrics to fine-tune growth loops.
• Build forecasting models and guide budget allocations with clarity and conviction.
• Stay two steps ahead of the competition with a deep pulse on market trends and emerging channels.
• Have 2+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, UA, or a related role - ideally in gaming or mobile apps.
• Think both strategically and analytically - you can zoom out and optimize the pixels.
• Monitor KPIs: CPI, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention and optimize around them
• Know your way around data (Excel, SQL, dashboards, even predictive modeling).
• Love games, and love growing them even more.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership, experimental environment.
• Are endlessly curious and always test before you assume.
