Job summary

Codeway is seeking a versatile Growth / Performance Marketing professional to own end-to-end marketing for our web product. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others, collaborate with product, and drive creative growth ideas in a fast-growing startup in Istanbul.

You’ll build BI dashboards, translate data into actionable insights, and expand partnerships with networks and agencies. Fluency in English and hands-on campaign experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, RTB.
• Strong data interpretation and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with GA4 and mobile measurement partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing and user acquisition strategies.
• Manage and test creatives and campaigns.
• Run campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other networks.
• Build relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Build BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with product to inform monetization strategies.
• Drive growth initiatives beyond performance marketing.
