Job summary

Cypien AI is hiring a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist to analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and first-party data. You will work with marketing, growth, and engineering to optimize campaigns and drive data-driven decisions across our Generative Commerce platform.

The role focuses on dashboards, reporting, and data storytelling to guide strategy and optimization in a privacy-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with first-party data collection/tracking systems including GA4/GTM is a plus.
• Strong SQL knowledge; BigQuery experience is a plus.
• Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of conversion rate analysis, funnel analysis, attribution modeling, and campaign performance measurement.
• Excellent data storytelling and ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across web and mobile platforms using first-party tracking data.
• Evaluate digital marketing and campaign performance to generate insights at scale.
• Perform conversion, funnel, and user journey analyses across the platform.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports across digital channels.
• Build dashboards and maintain regular reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, media, growth, and engineering teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Analyze campaign data trends to support marketing strategies.
• Design A/B tests and analyze results to provide actionable insights.
• Own and maintain first-party tracking implementation to ensure privacy-compliant data collection.
