Job summary

Cypher Games is hiring a Growth Specialist (New Grad) to join our Growth team and learn how to scale mobile games through data-driven user acquisition. You’ll work with experienced Growth Managers, Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to support campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute ideas to reach players worldwide.

This hands-on role offers real responsibility, structured mentorship, and growth opportunities as you learn the craft of mobile game growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or recent graduate status.
Strong numerical/analytic skills and comfort with data.
Interest in mobile games and performance marketing; English communication.

Responsibilities

Support setup, monitoring and optimization of UA campaigns across platforms.
Track performance metrics daily (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV) and report findings.
Assist with creative tests with Marketing Artists and Creative teams.
Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Support budget tracking and channel performance reporting.
Keep up with market trends and share insights with the team.
Collaborate with Product, Analytics and Creative teams on growth initiatives.
