You will plan and direct photo/video shoots, oversee campaigns, collaborate with agencies, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or visual communication.
Experience with fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Strong aesthetic sense and trend awareness.
Proven experience managing photo and video production.
Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Apply and develop brand visual language across touchpoints.
Create and execute visual concepts for campaigns, content productions, and photoshoots.
Plan, direct, and manage photo and video shoots on-site.
Oversee the production processes of social media, online, email marketing, campaign materials, and all other visual content.
Deliver creative and effective solutions for daily and seasonal content needs.
Work closely with design and content teams to guide visual outputs and coordinate implementation processes.
Collaborate with creative agencies to maintain brand consistency and manage execution processes.
Ensure quality standards, visual excellence, and consistency across all creative deliverables.
Strengthen in-house production processes to improve the speed and efficiency of creative output.
