Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. is seeking a dedicated Unimog Chassis Manufacturing Process Planning Engineer to define production processes and implement equipment across our Turkish plants in collaboration with global teams.

You will conduct capacity analyses, plan material flow, and coordinate with Wörth Development and suppliers to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing of Unimog chassis and components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork, with fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define Unimog chassis and component manufacturing processes.
• Plan and implement required equipment for production.
• Conduct capacity calculations and time studies.
• Prepare workflow and material flow plans for component and chassis production.
• Select components for manufacturing to maximize cost benefits and prepare investments/documentation.
• Coordinate global wire studies with Wörth Component Manufacturing, Supplier Management, Purchasing and Controlling.
• Plan processes for series and prototype production, coordinating with Wörth Development.
• Manage global projects related to Unimog and component manufacturing.
