Job summary

Watsons Turkey is seeking a professional with 1-3 years of foreign trade and international logistics experience to organize order pickups, coordinate shipments with logistics partners, and ensure compliance with Turkish customs regulations.

The role requires a university degree, strong Excel and Office 365 skills, and excellent English communication. You will support audits and procurement tender processes within a leading health and beauty retailer network.

Qualifications

• Office 365 proficiency and strong Excel skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail, result driven and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Organize pick of the orders placed by the supply planning team, coordinating shipment requirements with logistics and customs broker partners to ensure timely and cost effective operation.
• Control and follow up required documents to clear products from customs and ensure correct declaration and proof against penalties.
• Handle both physical and online archival tasks following Customs policies.
• Follow regulatory changes to ensure all transactions comply with Turkish Customs Laws and Regulations.
• Monitor and analyze performance of 3PL partners, and prepare time- and cost-based reports to improve service quality.
• Conduct market searches to find forwarders and agents and establish effective working relationships.
• Be involved in internal and external audits and ensure there are no outstanding claims.
• Assist Non-Trade Procurement Team with tenders to ensure operational quality.
