Job summary

Arvato, a global service provider in e-commerce and supply chain management, seeks a Technical Procurement Supervisor to lead procurement of technical materials, equipment, and services. You will evaluate requests from maintenance, facility management, and operations, manage RFQ processes, cost analyses, and supplier negotiations, and monitor performance to drive improvements.

You will maintain contract documentation, create purchase orders, and ensure delivery timelines meet project needs

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical/electronics engineering (preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in technical procurement.
• Experience procuring mechanical/electrical equipment and related services.
• Ability to read technical specs, bill of quantities, and documentation.
• Experience in supplier management, contract administration, and price negotiation.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement for technical materials, equipment, and services.
• Evaluate requests from maintenance, facility management, investment projects, and operations.
• Manage quotation processes and develop alternative supplier sources.
• Conduct RFQ processes, cost analyses, price comparisons, and negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement activities.
• Balance quality, cost, and delivery timelines in technical procurement.
• Develop cost-saving projects for procurement targets.
• Manage contracts and maintain documentation.
• Prepare procurement reports for management.
