We're looking for a new Technical Procurement Supervisor for our Procurement Team.
What You’ll Do
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field (preferred),
- 4-6 years of experience in technical procurement,
- Proven experience in the procurement of mechanical and electrical equipment, maintenance and repair services, spare parts, automation systems, technical equipment, and technical services,
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, bill of quantities, and technical documentation,
- Experience in supplier management, contract administration, and price negotiation processes,
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications,
- Advanced level of English proficiency,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Your Profile
- Manage the procurement processes for technical materials, equipment, and services within the company,
- Evaluate procurement requests from maintenance, facility management, investment projects, and operations teams,
- Manage quotation processes in line with technical specifications and develop alternative supplier sources,
- Conduct RFQ processes, cost analyses, price comparisons, and commercial negotiations,
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives,
- Create purchase orders and ensure the timely completion of procurement activities,
- Maintain an optimal balance between quality, cost, and delivery timelines in the procurement of technical materials and services,
- Develop cost-saving projects that contribute to procurement budget targets,
- Manage contract processes and maintain all related documentation,
- Prepare procurement-related reports and present them to management.
