Job summary

Orhan Holding seeks a Global Technology Services Manager to be based at its Bursa headquarters. Lead global IT infrastructure, networks, hosting and collaboration services to ensure high availability and continuity across continents.

Design, implement and maintain scalable infrastructure; oversee physical, virtual and outsourced environments; drive IT governance, security and continuity while coordinating with stakeholders worldwide. Fluent English is required in a global corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems, network and/or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage and network technologies.
• Experience in information security, business continuity and IT governance.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage global technology infrastructure and services, including network, hosting, communication and collaboration services.
• Design, implement and maintain reliable and scalable network and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure availability, performance and business continuity of critical technology services.
• Manage physical, virtual and outsourced infrastructure environments.
• Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions for services, data and applications.
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate and information security requirements.
• Manage infrastructure capacity in line with business and application requirements.
• Evaluate and select technologies to optimize cost, performance and service quality.
• Develop and maintain group IT policies and support the audit of local applications.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT service management and support processes.
