Job summary

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters in Istanbul is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for our Global Human Resources Directorate, based in Altunizade. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from defining roles to selecting candidates, partnering with managers across functions.

You will use sourcing skills to attract top talent, prepare recruitment reports, and ensure data flows accurately in HR systems. You will coordinate assessment and development center programs and contribute to global HR

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher.
Experience in recruitment consultancy services.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Analytical and data-driven decision maker.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Military service completed for male candidates.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all recruitment processes.
Use sourcing skills to attract and win the best talent.
Define job descriptions and competency criteria for positions in collaboration with relevant managers.
Prepare recruitment reports and ensure accurate data flow in HR systems.
Responsible for assessment center and development center programs: identification of vendors, tools and setting rules & principles.
Develop and support all global projects related to HR strategies like purpose, EVP, Principles, etc.
Support to develop internal communication strategy and guidelines.
