Job summary

Evyap invites a Project Manager to join our Turkey team. You will lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

You will coordinate business and IT teams, drive digital transformation including ERP/SAP and process improvements, and deliver clear status updates with strong analytics and communication skills. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience including 3 years in end-to-end project management.
• Experience in digital transformation, ERP/SAP, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies; Agile/Waterfall preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion in line with objectives and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resources, risks, dependencies, and action trackers.
• Coordinate business, IT, and other teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
• Organize project meetings, workshops, and steering committee updates with clear ownership.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Support digital transformation, ERP/SAP, automation, and process improvements.
• Coordinate system implementation phases, including testing, data migration, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain project documentation and lessons learned.
• Contribute to PM standards, templates, and best practices across the organization.
