Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking a Strategic Purchasing Manager to shape global sourcing strategy and strengthen supply chain resilience. You will leverage supplier networks, industry insights and commercial judgment to expand critical component supply channels and establish long-term strategic partnerships.

The role requires deep procurement expertise, market awareness and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across regional teams to optimize cost, lead times and supply security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electronic components procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong understanding of global electronic components and semiconductor markets.
• Established sourcing channels or networks in key electronic component areas.
• Ability to independently develop sourcing strategies and manage complex procurement projects.
• Strong market insight, negotiation skills, and supply risk management capabilities.
• Understanding of quality management, product authenticity, traceability and supply chain compliance.
• Strategic mindset with ownership and cross-cultural communication.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English or the local language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for electronic components.
• Build and integrate a diverse supplier ecosystem.
• Assess supplier reliability, supply capability, and risk management.
• Identify and develop high-value suppliers for long-term partnerships.
• Analyze supply-demand, inventory cycles and pricing trends.
• Lead sourcing projects and negotiate terms to optimize cost and lead time.
