Job summary

WIN SOURCE is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead global sourcing and strengthen supply chain security. You will leverage industry experience, supplier networks and market insights to expand sourcing channels, establish strategic partnerships and manage critical electronics procurement on an international platform.

You bring 3+ years in electronic components procurement or related supply chain roles, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with sales, quality and logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronic components procurement or related supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of global electronic component markets and major sourcing channels.
• Established supplier relationships with ability to develop and maintain sourcing channels.
• Ability to evaluate supplier value and risks across manufacturers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Global Supplier Development: develop and maintain global electronic component suppliers.
• Strategic Sourcing: expand sourcing channels to improve supply diversity and competitiveness.
• Supply Chain Security: evaluate supplier reliability, authenticity, traceability, and risk.
• Procurement & Commercial Negotiation: manage RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time, terms.
• Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: monitor semiconductor market trends and pricing.
• Supplier Relationship Management: build long-term supplier partnerships.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with global teams to solve sourcing needs.
• Supply Network Optimization: optimize supplier structures and resilience.
