WIN SOURCE is seeking a Purchasing Manager to strengthen our global supply chain and competitiveness. You will expand sourcing channels, build strategic supplier partnerships and manage critical electronic component sourcing and risk management on an international platform.

With 3+ years in procurement and a strong market understanding, you will lead supplier relationships and negotiate terms, contributing to supply security and value creation across global operations.

Formación

• 3+ years in electronic components procurement, sourcing or related roles.
• Strong understanding of global electronic component supply markets and major sourcing channels.
• Established supplier relationships with ability to develop and maintain sourcing channels.
• Market judgment, negotiation, supplier evaluation and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of product authenticity, traceability and supply risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, evaluate and maintain global electronic component suppliers including manufacturers and distributors.
• Expand qualified sourcing channels to improve supply diversity and competitiveness.
• Evaluate supplier reliability, authenticity and risks with quality teams to ensure supply security.
• Manage RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time confirmation and sourcing projects.
• Monitor market trends, inventory and pricing dynamics to identify opportunities.
