Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group is seeking a Marketing professional to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and experience strategies across our diverse portfolio. You will ensure on-site marketing aligns with brand vision and collaborate with creative, PR, and internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

The role requires 3–5 years of marketing experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for restaurant and hospitality trends.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG or restaurant marketing is a plus.
• Solid background in brand management, marketing strategy, branding and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing and experience strategies.
• Oversee on-site marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Coordinate with creative and PR agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Plan events and on-site marketing activities, including guerrilla campaigns.
• Help define social media marketing strategy with the digital team.
• Conduct market research on global hospitality trends.
• Collaborate with restaurant teams and partners on co-marketing initiatives.
