Tetra Pak Izmir is seeking a Service Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electro-mechanical and automation issues, and participate in installation events at customer sites. You will serve as a critical point of contact, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency and safety standards are met.

Formación

• 1–3 years experience in installations, maintenance or service work.
• Experience with electro-mechanical systems preferred.
• Able to work at customer sites and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance per global Tetra Pak standards and restore equipment to production environment.
• Diagnose and resolve electro-mechanical and automation issues, including HW, SW and networks; conduct root-cause analysis.
• Disassemble and assemble capital equipment at customer sites in accordance with Tetra Pak procedures and upgrade kits where applicable.
• Provide on-site production support and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Lead customer training sessions, either onsite or remotely, and ensure proper handover and documentation.
