Philips in Turkey (Fatih) seeks a Service and Solution Delivery Specialist - Resource Planning to centralize transactional processes within Services & Solutions Delivery. You will work in an international, cross‑functional environment to ensure timely service orders and optimized resource allocation.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent, at least 2 years in operations, supply chain or customer services, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in business operations, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in operations coordination, supply chain, or customer service, or equivalent with vocational education.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsabilités

• Make long and short-term decisions to balance service demands and business obligations.
• Create a resourcing plan and service order schedule to optimize resource allocation for engineers and parts.
• Receive, monitor, dispatch service orders for engineers and resources.
• Act as the single point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders for customers and service engineers.
• Forecast, plan, analyze and monitor service execution for workforce utilization.
• Record and report status of returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
• Ensure service information is accessible by filing documents and forms.
• Schedule field service repair calls and handle requests for materials.
