Job summary

DP World in Izmir, Türkiye, invites an Inside Sales Specialist to support our Freight Forwarding business. You will manage existing customer opportunities, prepare quotations, and coordinate follow-ups to maintain strong relationships.

You will collaborate with Field Sales, Product, Pricing and Operations to ensure timely responses and growth of existing accounts while upholding DP World's commercial policies and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or related industry.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service or Commercial Operations preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Sales team with day-to-day commercial activities.
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts through farming activities.
• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
• Coordinate customer communication and commercial follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline information.
• Work with Product, Pricing and Operations teams to ensure timely customer responses.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer business.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with DP World commercial policies and procedures.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
