Job summary

P.I.Works is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex Mobile Network Automation & Optimization projects for global customers in a challenging multinational and multicultural work environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Integration, Support, Delivery, Sales and Finance, interfacing with customer project managers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or IT field.
• 8+ years in mobile telecommunications with 5+ years in PM/delivery leadership.
• PMPCertification is a plus.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Project and PMBOK.
• Experience managing multi-country, multicultural customer-facing deployments.
• Fluent English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing mobile network projects including software, optimization, engineering, and managed services.
• Manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously with strict deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Integration, Support, Delivery, Sales, Finance and external partners.
• Act as primary interface with customer project managers, technical teams and senior stakeholders to build trust and structure in project management.
• Establish and maintain cooperation with Mobile Network Operator stakeholders and internal departments.
• Coordinate multi-vendor, multi-technology mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G, RAN, OSS/BSS, SON/AI).
• Interpret and analyze data to make decisions on complex operational issues.
• Maintain project risk and issue registers; mitigate risks proactively.
• Manage project finances, resources, acceptance, reporting and de-risk schedules and budgets.
• Support pre-sales phases and identify opportunities; contribute to proposals and solution design.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements including KPI verification and handover.
